ERB HI-VIZ PINK Hard Hat has a 4 point ratchet suspension that allows the user to adjust the size (6½-8) quickly and easily. It also has comfortable fit nylon crown suspension straps. Soft foam forehead cushion and deep nape promotes a firm comfortable fit. 
These hard hats meet all applicable requirements of the American National Standards Institute ANSI/ISEA Z89.1, Type 1, Classes C, E and G. Slotted design allows attachments: faceshields, welding helmets, hearing protectors equipped with mounting blades. Certified when headband is installed in reverse position. Made in USA.
