Terms: Net 20 days with approved credit; money order or credit card. We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa, PayPal.
Warranties: Provided by the manufacturer of the product.
Returns: Merchandise returned under warranty shall be subject to factory inspection and repaired, replaced or credited at the option of the manufacturer. Customer negligence will VOID the warranty. Return authorization is required.
Claims: Claims for damage for loss in transit must be filed by the CUSTOMER against the carrier. Claims for shortages must be filed with KARTCO LLC within 5 days of receipt of shipment. Merchandise returned for credit maybe subject to a re-stocking fee.
Installation: All installations are the sole responsibility of the buyer (customer). With all magnetically mounted warning devices, use on the exterior of moving vehicles is at the sole discretion of the user. Alterations to magnet surfaces will VOID the warranty.
